A: Hover's Hatchery does not vaccinate their birds unless they are requested by the customer. If you would like vaccinations please contact the hatchery after your order has been placed with TSC and we can assist with adding vaccines. 641-323-6100.

Q: I want to order an assortment of chicks. Will the breeds selected be identified? Will I be able to tell the difference?

A: Unfortunately for the 10 count orders through TSC Website we can only offer the varieties that are preset, we are unable to offer a pick and choose option. We do offer several variety packs that may interest you, while there is no guarantee to the number of different breeds in those packs, normally you do get 2-4 different breeds depending on the hatch date and varieties selected. You may find what you are looking for in your local store, without ordering online.

A: Yes, we guarantee live delivery on all orders. We cover any unforeseen mishaps throughout shipping and we cover the first 48 hours of your care with the birds. Delivery of 10ct chicks from Hoovers Hatchery.

All the chicks were alive and healthy. (And are growing so fast). Bad on communication, very bad. Supposed to be a variety of layers. They appear to be the same. I guess time will tell. Because of the lack of communication, I won't order from them again. I'm just glad the chicks got here safe and sound.

6 out of 10 of the chicks died 2 arrived dead when i got it and the other 4 died the day. The way the chicks were packaged to be shipped was awful and inhumane and had i known they were gonna be shipped like that i wouldnt have ordered. I have emailed and called customer service and i havent gotten a response yet because $70 is alot of money when only 4 chicks survived.

Received 100% Americana chicks— annoyed because this should be an assortment. Not the same breed. I could have bought 10 Americana chicks for $10 cheaper.
