Good but spiders.

It feels pretty solid. A little give if you step right in the middle of each step. Heavy enough to feel supported but you can still move it. It’s not light though so I don’t think a kid could move it. Mine came with spider web/eggs all over it so maybe get it in store or from another vendor.
