Not Cedar / Quality of wood

To begin, the main two reasons I gave a 2-star rating was the fact that it was not Cedar wood as advertised and quality of the wood and construction. As one of the other customers pointed out, the wood is Pine, not Cedar. I bought it anyway due to the cheap price for the size and height. Some of the pieces were slightly warped so it took a little effort to align the tabs in the slots. It also had gaps after assembly as seen in the attached photos. Finally, I also had concerns about the base supporting 50+ lbs of soil/potting soil. It did not have any support so I added some scrap pieces of wood (photo) and screwed them into the cross bars. I did block the drainage holes, but there were gaps between each board so it shouldn't matter.

Worth it!

Great product for the price, I would buy this again. It was a little cumbersome getting it together by hand, I didn’t have a drill and you need to pay really close attention to the illustrations because they’re small and I put a couple pieces on backwards BUT that’s operator error. It’s a nice product and I like the drainage holes because a lot of raised beds don’t have them. Buy it!

Worst online shopping, worse customer service

I purchased this and I was notified that it was damaged in transit and was being shipped back. No refund yet from TS and when I call their customer support line, they never pick up. I waited on hold for 2 hours and eventually hung up. Suppose I’ll just dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do t even write reviews but you all seriously sent me an email asking me to rate my purchase. Laughable

No, I do not recommend this product.
