    Information for Potential Vendor Partners

    As a growth company, Tractor Supply Company is excited about the opportunities we have to drive sales in our stores. We believe it is important to stay connected with suppliers whom we are not currently doing business. As such, we provide the opportunity to introduce their company, and their products to a member of our buying team. See "Potential New Vendor Partner Submissions" section below for details.

    Potential New Vendor Partner Submissions

    Note: We are not hosting Open Buying Days events at this time. Please utilize the RangeMe platform via "Potential Vendor Partner Submissions"  button below for your product submissions.

    How It Works:

    • Create a RangeMe product profile and upload your product information
    • Your product is directed to the right category buyer
    • Our buyers can provide feedback directly to you!

    Open Buying Days

    What is Open Buying Days?

    • An opportunity for potential vendor partners (merchandise, fixtures, P-O-P, signage) to have an audience with a Buyer.

    When is the next Open Buying Days?

    • November 15th 2019 – Registration opens Monday, October 14th 2019 at 9am CT. (Registration closes at 12:00pm CT Friday, November 1st 2019)

    Where will they be held?

    • These meetings will be held at Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN.

    How does the process work?

    • Vendors Partners register online to schedule a 30 minute meeting with a Buyer to review their product line.
    • During each 30-minute meeting, potential vendor partners need to focus on convincing the Buyer that there is a viable business reason to schedule a follow-up appointment.

    Who is invited to participate?

    • Any new vendor partner (merchandise, fixtures, P-O-P, signage) who desires to become a vendor to TSC.
    • Tractor Supply Company enjoys a direct relationship with our vendors.
    • Vendor Partners will be limited to 2 employees of the vendor requesting the appointment. No third-party manufacturer's representatives may attend.

    Vendor Partners Prerequisites - Do Your Homework!

    • Vendor products must (broadly) fit the categories that fit TSC's niche.
    • Spend time on TSC's website (www.tractorsupply.com).
    • Visit a TSC store.

    How do you schedule an appointment?

    • Registration for the November 15th 2019 event begins Monday October 14th 2019 at 9:00am CT. Link to schedule an appointment will be made available at that time.
    • Please call 1-866-363-7062 with any questions (you cannot register from this phone number).

    Housekeeping:

    • Vendor Partners will not be notified of which buyer they will be meeting with.
    • Vendor Partners are asked not to contact Tractor Supply Co. before their scheduled meeting.
    • Vendor Partners are asked to not send samples ahead of time. They may bring samples with them to the meeting. Any samples sent early will be destroyed.
    • Samples may be donated to local charities after your appointment if you so choose.
    • Vendor Partners may only attend Open Buying Days one time per year.
