Enjoy the beauty of Aloe Vera, which features variegated, green foliage and is fantastic for small spaces. Grow Aloe Vera in bright, direct sunlight. Water it about once every 2 weeks with approximately 1/2 cup. Ensure excess water drains. Adjust as needed for your environment. Never let Aloe Vera sit in water or saturated soil. When shipped, its about 10 in. tall, measured from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant. Aloe Vera ships in a black, 4 in. grower pot. To help with water drainage, this container does have holes. Aloe Vera is generally a moderate grower, depending on environment and care provided. Boost growth in spring and summer with a fertilizer labeled for potted plants following the products instructions. When Aloe Vera outgrows its current container, repot by gently removing it from its container and placing it in a 2 in. wider container. Fill with potting mix and water thoroughly. Aloe Vera is hardy outdoors in USDA Zones 8-11. Exposure to the sap of this plant may cause discomfort to individuals with a sensitivity to it upon contact.
