NutreBeef Cattle Breeder Block is a versatile protein supplement product that can be fed to grazing beef cattle and non-lactating dairy cattle. NutreBeef Cattle Breeder Block provides protein and essential vitamins and minerals needed to support health, reproduction and growth in cattle, and also supplements native pastures and forages. This product may be used as a protein supplement to sheep and goats that might be co-mingled in pasture settings with cattle.

This feed should be fed free choice to cattle, sheep and goats with adequate supply of roughage.

Cattle: Blocks should be supplied at the rate of approximately 25 per 100 head of cattle. The blocks should be distributed over a large area to allow adequate access to blocks.
Sheep and Goats: Blocks should be supplied at the rate of approximately 5 per 100 head of sheep or goats. The blocks should be distributed over a large area to allow adequate access to blocks.
Consumption can be controlled by number of blocks and placement of blocks. To increase consumption, increase the number of blocks per animal number or place blocks close to loaf areas. To lower or decrease consumption, scatter blocks away from loaf areas and/or decrease the number of blocks offered per animal number. Blocks should be monitored for consumption levels and replaced with fresh blocks before supply is depleted. As possible, protect blocks from rain in order to minimize waste and loss of product. Cattle, sheep, and goats should have free access to clean drinking water at all times and should have free access to pasture and/or quality hay at all times.
