Tiller great but shipping terrible

The tiller is great does what I need it to do. Setup was mostly easy. Instructions could have been more specific with the pins and their sizes but it’s working great. Shipping on the other hand was very disappointing. The person delivering it was great and he alerted me to an issue with the packaging. When I revived the tiller, the box it came in looked like it was dropped from a cargo plane. But surprisingly the tiller only had a couple of minor scratches and the tiller guard was bent. Nothing a dead blow hammer couldn’t fix.
