AgKNX 9 inch auger was not 48 inches long

When I contacted the Tractor Supply website it said the auger should be 48 inches long/high. Since it was short Tractor Supply took it back. Really easy process to fix the problem. Low marks for AgKNX quality control and high marks for Tractor Supply fixing the problem.

No, I do not recommend this product.
