Boots are a "bit" narrow in the forefoot. I had to mess around with socks to get the boot to fit correctly without pinching my pinky toe. Going for wide width would make rest of boot sloppy, so not even trying. The ankle opening is too large for my size of ankles I can tighten it down and it still gaps. The edges of the ankle opening hit me in different areas on my legs as I walk and it actually hurts sometimes, which is weird because the ankle collar is padded. IMO, these are on the heavy side, and although they support there is zero cushion for bottom of your feet and the boots scream of foot fatigue because of it. These are so well made and nice looking and a perfect lace up boot but they just do not fit me correctly. I am bummed to have to send them back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title says, this is the best money I've spent in years! I bought them for a tour of the Scottish Highlands. I needed something that would help me walk on uneven earth, snow, ice, mud and grass, and they rose to the challenge. They kept my feet so warm, and provided excellent grip and arch support. I also have wide feet, and I never felt cramped - they have a nice toe box. Any scratches to the leather were easily polished out. I've also been wearing them while going out to bars/daily life in winter, as they are so stylish! If you've been wanting a pair of boots like this for years like me, here they are! I'm likely going to buy another pair as I love them so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once again excellent quality Ariat is know for but boot felt stiff and not cushiony on my foot. I had high hopes for a great all round boot but found it stiff and uncomfortable. I had to go back to my trusty All terrain boot which is great for walking with neuropathy and a wonderful all round boot for all settings.
