Broken parts upon delivery.

Seat strap broken and grass shute damaged upon delivery. Need parts replaced but doesn't look like Tractor Supply Spring Hill is willing to help. Considering returning, not so great customer service from Tractor Supply after purchase.
The parking brake was also so loose upon delivery it fell apart and had to be repaired.
No, I do not recommend this product.
