Also ideal for lawns, green belts and parks and rec turf situations, PanAm is an economical blend of seeded turf-type bermudagrasses. PanAm contains strong genetic diversity that can be applied across various regions within the United States. It requires full sun to grow. It also offers excellent heat and drought tolerance.

Great results so far!

So far so good here in central Oklahoma! I used this to help repair the army worm damage so it was more of a spot/overseed project. I am currently 12 days since I've put down this seed and it's filling in nicely. Some spots are struggling, but I think that's more of an issue with shade from the nearby tree. I was very impressed to see a TON of little green grass blades on the 4th DAY! I was very diligent with watering though....5 or 6 minutes using my irrigation system every 2 hours (temps in the 90s every day). I still have some seed left over and I'm looking forward to using it in a few other trouble spots.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Expired Seed with new label over old label.

Had bag shipped to the store. Opened the box at the register while in store. Discovered two labels on the back. Peeled the label and read the back. The original label stated tested Jan 2019 with expiration of 2020. A newer label was affixed on top of the old label stating tested in 2021 and expiration of 2022. NO THANKS!! Not taking a chance on expired seed. Immediately returned before leaving the store.

No, I do not recommend this product.
