The Advantus Flea Control Soft Chews for Large Dogs are a fast-acting treatment of flea infestations. These flea treatments for dogs start killing fleas within 1 hour with just a single dose. In the event of continued infestation, you can repeat treatment as often as once per day. These flavored soft chews are for dogs and puppies of 10 weeks of age and older. You can start treatment immediately when you see fleas on your dog. Our flea treating soft chews were designed with flexibility in mind, so you can use one chew per day because the active ingredient quickly dissipates in your dog's system. If your dog has food allergies to ingredients like chicken or beef, our treatment is a suitable option because it does not contain any animal protein. I bought this for my dog thinking yeah maybe it will work, it's not prescription strength but he needed help, I was doing everything I could think of to help him with fleas. It's been about a week since he had his first dose. I brushed him today and no fleas anywhere on him! This is a half German and half Anatolian shepherd, a very large dog. Definitely will be purchasing again.

Works great but need a 30 day supply because chew only works about 2 days! Price is to high for 7 pills when you can get 30 chews for 20.00 more dollars at a different place.

I was a bit under impressed with this products ability to actually work. I will say it helped the flea situation but it didn't do what they claim. With that being said I also have to say that the fleas are extremely bad this year where we live I don't know if that factors in I'd be willing to give it another try sometime after we've treated the yard and I've got my dogs in a situation where they are already completely you know free of fleas and then maybe try it again and see if you know it's better but as far as the results I got Yes it it improved the situation but it did not kill everything off like it said that they do The good side is is that you know yes you can give him one everyday but they weren't even making it through the day. So for what it would cost me to be able to give them a pill every day I'm better off just to go take him to the vet and get a prescription

great way to get away with flea and tick meds for picky dogs!

our pups love their meal toppers and get quite the extensive list (as shown (lol)). they don't even notice when we squeeze these in with their regular fish skins, anchovies, beef liver, and sweet potatoes! we noticed a difference in the fleas, which have been HORRENDOUS this year so far, and plan on making this a regular in our routine! the texture is that of a soft jerky almost and my dogs, who are notorious for hating to take pills, take these with no problems!

These worked great for my Doberman Hazel. We were having trouble finding a flea treatment that actually worked because Miss. Hazel loved to chew even if a flea just looked her way. Advantus soft chews tasted good apparently and keeps the irritating fleas away. I love that they only have two sizes for large or small dogs. Plus, you only give one chew a day. Quick, easy and claims to work within one hour. I would definitely recommend these, and so would Hazel!

It’s soft and easy for my dogs to chew up and swallow. It’s not a super small chew but it isn’t a big chew either it’s just the right size. It works I was finding fleas in the ground after an hour.
