Bekaert's 12.5 ga High Tensile Smooth Wire with a 180 K PSI is designed for electric fencing, vineyard trellising, orchard support wire, bracing and other general fencing jobs. The 180 K PSI wire is easier to work with than the 200 K PSI especially if you plan to hand tie your fence. The wire has a Class 3 coating for added durability and longevity. The Reddie Reel provides secure storage for the electric wire between uses and easy dispensing when you need it.

Good wire but...

The wire is fine. The reel it comes on isn't as convenient as advertised. The wire just comes off in a rats nest once opened. Some of my wire is kinked after install from the struggle of untangling the wire.

High Tensile wire is very stiff, this is where the strength comes from and can be unruly to handle. The wire should be dispensed with pressure on the reel and should not be allowed to free spool. I believe this may be where the issue is originating
