Website and Instructions Severely Lacking Details

Instructions detailed how to hang heater, but there was no reference at all in the fact that the heater doesn't come with a plug or any detail on how to turn the heater on/off. No controller either. I have purchased other wall heaters for less with remotes and easier instructions.
