I ordered two shirts and because of the weird order system they were automatically marked for pick up in person. I unchecked 1 thinking it would unchecked both of them so they could be mailed. Didn't work, so I made a customer service request via the chat immediately afterwards so it could be mailed too. TS doesn't allow for screen shots btw so I couldn'tget a copy for my record. After the shirt wasn't picked up in Kermit tx(from 3 hours away) (faqs page says if an order isnt picked up in 2 days, the order would be canceled & $ would be automatically refunded to form of pmnt) the person that s tole it sent me a thanks for picking it up notification. After receiving the notice I put in a return & request for refund so there was some kind of paper trail and included the previous info. I also called the store and Connie (assistant mngr) told me she'd talk to the receiver and get back to me. Never did. I hope whomever stole the shirt likes it.

The size I normally wear is what I ordered. It was too large. Not true to size.

Too puffy. Looks frumpy. Returned it. Wish the store had it so i could try it on. Never would have bought it.
