Home Fresh Shepherd 16 is a pelleted feed for mature sheep. Provide access to good quality hay or pasture along with Sheep Mineral and fresh, clean water daily. Home Fresh Shepherd 16 may also be fed to growing lambs where optimum rate of gain is not desired. The suggested feeding program is intended solely as a guide. The variables of management, environment and breed may dictate changes in the animal's dietary requirements.

We recommend in most cases, you slowly transition your animal when changing to a Kent/Blue Seal product or even between Kent/Blue Seal products. This allows the animal's digestive tract to properly adjust to the feed. To help with the transition, we recommend slowly mixing the new Kent/Blue Seal product in with your current feed and then gradually increase over the course of one week to 100% of the new Kent/Blue Seal product.
