KENT/BLUE SEAL SENTINEL SAFE START is a high protein, high fat, pressure cooked feed that offers a safe and natural way to provide essential nutrition to lactating mares and young growing foals. SENTINEL SAFE START can also be fed to show horses on low protein hay or when extra shine and condition is desired. DAILY GUIDE: Approximate feed weight to volume: 0.85 lb = 1 quart. It is necessary to adjust the feeding of SENTINEL SAFE START to the condition of the horse. Provide good-quality hay or pasture, free-choice salt and plenty of fresh water.

For lactating mares, growing foals and horses that need digestible protein without too much fat, Safe Start offers us an affordable feed for a quality product. We also use Sentinel performance for our horses that need additional fat to maintain peak performance.
