Big, sweet, blocky-shaped fruits are perfect for grilling, stuffing, salads, and fresh eating. Peppers ripen from green to red, becoming sweeter as they mature. Plants are very productive and grow well throughout most areas of the country. Be sure to stake plants to provide support when loaded with mature fruits. Peppers will take a little while to turn red, but they're worth the wait!
