Q: Should I be able to hear this running? Feel air coming from the front at the top? I hear a slight buzz but not feeling more air than when I had logs installed without this item installed. Not sure its coming on.

Q: Is the width adjustable? If the fireplace is 30 inches wide, what do you do with the gaps on each side?

- A: No, the width is not adjustable. The unit works very well. Love it. There is no need to worry about the width of the fireplace, as that’s not a factor at all, as long as fire place is wider than the unit. The gas logs need to be able to fit.5 years agoHelpful?
