Terrible product and warranty division

I will never purchase from Caravan Canopy again. My tent frame bent out at one of the bolts within 20 minutes of the first use. Clearly the structure was weak and manufactured poorly. I put it away when we got home and took it to the ballpark recently having forgotten. About 10 minutes after putting it up the frame completely snapped at the weakened area. When I emailed customer service about the issue, I received a response where they decided to say that it was due to "harsh use" . So if you plan to use this canopy for its intended purposes, ( opening the canopy and sittingbunder it) just know that you are in fact being too rough with the product because it obviously was not meant to be open and sat under .

No, I do not recommend this product.
