I'm 5-4, 180 lbs and size large fit me perfectly; I'm able to layer over a lightweight sweatshirt. I'm not in the medical field but was looking for something I could wear when I work from home or in the office but still looked professional and this hoodie accomplishes that. My fiancé introduced me to Carhartt a few years ago and I've become such a huge fan.
