Use the hinged cooking lid to melt cheese or steam veggies. Later, reach searing temperatures over 700°F for steakhouse-quality results every time.
- PATENT PENDING SEAR ZONE: Our proprietary griddle sear zone reaches temperatures over 700F to cook food with steakhouse-quality results. The reversible cast iron searing/griddle cooking plate is included.
- COOKING TECHNOLOGY: Patent Pending TRU-Zonal Separation gives you the option for two cooking zones with high-temp searing on one side and low-temp cooking on the other.
