Temp off leaks a lot

The humidity is way up and way down. Changing all the time. We had it set to regular humidity levels but after ruining our first hatch we put 3 other thermometer checks inside realizing it is 10 whole degrees off. It leaks A LOT of water. I do not like giving negative reviews but this was a lot of money for it to not work properly.
