It softened the paint quickly, has no bad smell and is easy to handle. The fact that the packaging is a spray is very convenient to me, less messy. I recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paint stripper does a great job! I wanted to strip old paint off a built-in bookshelf. I wasn't sure how many layers of paint were on the shelves, or what kind of paint it was, so was not sure it would work. After a good coating of the stripper, and letting it set for a few hours, I came back outside to test if it would scrape off. The paint came off like marshmallow fluff and was very easy to clean off. I disagree that it's citrus scented but it doesn't have a harsh chemical smell, and can be tolerated if used indoors. You do have to wear gloves so it doesn't get on your hands, but that's a non-issue. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience using the citristrip paint stripper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I wanted this product so I could strip the paint off my door for repainting. I wanted something that did t smell like it would kill me if inhaled. The odor is not that pleasant. There is a citrus scent that helps cut the chemical smell however it still feels very toxic to breathe when using so definitely wear a mask! Otherwise, it worked well on the door. Granted it was only two layers of paint on the door so not an extreme project but it allowed me to wipe the paint right off. I only tested a small spot but I can't wait to use it on the entire door.
