A classic staple

The percolator is made really well and it is exactly what I want. I just wish it came with exact brewing instructions. It's been a long road of trial and error.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I returned the item as a result of the difficulty I experienced dealing with Tractor Supply Company's incompetent customer service. Clueless, unprofessional & irresponsible are some of the 'nicer' words I can use to describe the experience. I have submitted so many "contact us" forms online seeking assistance that I lost count. And not one of those submissions resulted with a phone call or email from TSC to resolve the problem.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great and reliable

I love this percolator! I’ve used this one and one similar to it for nearly 25 years. We perfected it in Iraq while deployed. Always reliable! I used it after tornadoes took the power out for a week and became king of the neighborhood!

TSC is the worst!

Item was shipped in box without any packing materials or instructions. The item was in no way secured or protected, despite having a glass component. Contacting customer service meant a hold time of 25 minutes for the first call & 38 minutes for the second call, while listening to a recording
telling me how valuable my time is. Despite the assurance of an email with a UPS return label, that hasn't happened. Sent a detailed email of my experience to TSC; no response. Called a local store for assistance; no call from corporate. Called the credit card company to dispute the charges & I no longer want to do business with Tractor Supply Company.
No, I do not recommend this product.
