A great waste of money

Bought this stove and no matter what I do it will not ignite, even after a replacement igniter. Called company and was supposed to get a call back but nothing. I’ve spent well over $2,000 for basically an ornament. Going to give it another day or so then I’m going to contact BBB and then an attorney.

Heats very well

Heats my 3700 sq ft home very well. I've had it 8 years now and for the price really can't complain. The hopper holds 3 bags of pellets. The key to making the stove work properly is maintenance and cleaning it several times yearly. I clean the pot area with vacuum every other day and back blower at least 3 times a year also changing gasket. The hopper needs to be let run empty and vacuumed when the stoves starts me making popping noise

This stove is not rated at the btu level in the TSC data. Claims to be 65000 btu but right on the box in multiple locations says 48000. I was disappointed with the stove and its ability to heat of my space of 1200 sq ft. Stove claims to heat 2800 sq feet.
