The Culligan CW5-BBS Heavy-Duty Water Filter Cartridge reduces sediment, rust, scale, dirt, coarse sand, sand, fine sand, extra fine sand, and silt and has 4 times the dirt holding capacity as standard size filter cartridges. This Culligan water filter cartridge is for use in Culligan HD-950A and WH-HD200-C filter housing models as well as other manufacturer's heavy-duty filter housings with a 1 in. to 1.5 in. inlet/outlet. The heavy-duty water filter is made of spun polypropylene and measures 10 in. high by 4.5 in. in diameter. Rated at a nominal 5 micron size (fine) filtration, this polypropylene water filter cartridge is recommended for city and well water supplies.
