    The indent ball was missing, the tiny little ball that holds the socket on. Tractor Supply was awesome at refunding my money. I bought online during a promotion so reordering at the same price was going to be an issue. Tractor Supply refunded my money with no problems. DeWalt needs to do better, Tractor Supply did great

    Very happy with this tool I have many dewalt tools I use them every day and they never let my work at ease they work 9 hrs a day and never let me down
