The water softener salt crystals are also formulated to resist mushing and bridging, minimizing the accumulation of brine tank residue. It is recommended that you use these low insoluble solar salt crystals for all side-by-side water softeners.Note: Brand may vary by store. Honestly, don't know if there is a difference, but ordered what I thought was diamond springs and when I picked up it was different. Explained that I ordered diamond springs, but was told it hadn't been in stock for over a month.

I ordered product off TSC app. Product listed on app was Diamond Crystal but this was not the product I received. It should’ve been listed as a substitute if that’s what they have in store. List the correct product. Curbside pickup was the reason I placed order.

The salt I have always used is this pic. Diamond crystals. I ordered from my store online for pickup and employee brought out a different brand. It was “sure soft” brand. The man that brought it to my car said this is the brand they have.
