The EZ Pole 6 ft. Residential Mount Flag Pole with 3 ft. x 5 ft. U.S. Flag is constructed with brass grommets and finished with embroidered stars and sewn stripes. The residential flag pole is 1-1/4 in. diameter and is one piece, giving it superiority over competition. The flag is attached to the flag pole with stainless steel fasteners to the swivels, allowing it to spin freely with our tangle-free design.

Not a 3’X5’ flag.! Showed up bent.

The listing says 3ft X 5ft flag. When I opened the BENT box, I found a BENT pole and a 2.5ft X 4ft flag.

Mismatched Hardware from pole finish

The bracket that came with the bronze-colored flag was shiny metal. The picture on their website showed it matched. Not sure why anyone would not want matching hardware. Also the swivel parts do not keep the flag from getting twisted. I don’t think that is the manufacturer’s issue because I’m not sure you can feasibly engineer that out. Quality seems good so far.
