    It is an exact replacement for the original that was at least 25 years old. On the down side, I had to file the plastic flashing from the threads on the drain port so the cap would fit. Try to find a thread file with 11.5 threads per inch. Luckily a 2.0 metric file was close enough. The new tank also had to have the 3/4" hole for the return pipe grommet drilled out. I also turned the pickup in the tank toward the bottom instead of 45° to the side. All in all, it works fine.
