We live on 4 acres in the woods, and fleas and ticks are a terrible problem this time of year. Our budget is tight, and we have two large 7 month old German shepherd pups, so couldn't afford Frontline as often as we needed it. Also, because our pups are constantly getting muddy, we have to bathe them frequently and this has rendered Frontline useless. We trust the products at Tractor Supply and thought we'd give this stuff a whirl. WOW. The fleas literally jumped off my dogs the moment it hit them. You need a good grip on their collar when applying, as the strong citronella scent startles them. I spray down their fur every few days, and use a slicker brush to work the spray through their coats. The pups have stopped scratching, whereas they were miserable before. Best of all, this spray keeps the fleas out of their favorite hiding places...the dog's hind legs and feet, so no more biting. Now they can romp around in the living room again without infesting the whole house. We love our dogs, and are glad someone makes a "heavy duty" flea product that's effective and affordable!

Bought this for all our foster dogs a few months ago and at first it worked great, it really seemed to be working then within a day or so it seemed like it stopped working and no matter how much I sprayed it just didn't work for us. Then again we have ALOT of dogs so no telling. Definitely worth a shot for the price
