GreenView Fairway Formula Seeding Success is a combination lawn starter fertilizer & seeding mulch that helps maintain moisture in the planted area, so grass seed successfully germinates. The paper mulch is combined with lawn fertilizer, a wetting agent, and special tackifier that helps keep mulch in place to protect the seed and soil while it germinates - even on rainy and windy days, or when seeding a sloped area. Grass seed is not included - you choose the grass seed that best suits your home. Great for bare spot repair, the 38 lb. bag of seeding mulch has a 760 sq. ft. coverage area.

To have the lawn that is the talk of the town you must use GreenView products. The seed is consistent in growth. The fertilizer is second to none. My neighbors and friends rave about my lawn being the best in the neighborhood. We have over 300 homes in my area. I fertilize 4 times a year. Buy this product I guarantee it.

Excellent Product

I purchased this along with grass seed to patch bare spots in my yard after a long hot New Mexico summer. This stuff rocks! It is very hard to grow grass in southern New Mexico and the weather is very unpredictable. I will never plant seed without this. It really does help 100%. I purchased another bag to always keep this product on hand.

We bought this to cover the shade grass we planted at the back of our yard. I think it works ok to keep the ground moist because the grass is growing nicely

I didn't see where this worked as well as using straw. I've had better success with straw even though you will get some weed content with straw.
