Bought (2) for X-mas for 8 and 9 yo. boys. We use these to get the mail, ride around on 2.5acre lot. I pull weeds from the yard in them because they sit low enough I don't have to bend over. I listen to music via bluetooth speaker that connects. Nice and sturdy. No complaints other than the silly string ties for the pads could be better. I just wrapped them around roll bar and taped both ends of each pad with black electric tape for cleaner look.

I Do not recommend this go cart. -1 for build quality. -1 false advertising specifications ( range and recharge). -1 for Greenworks customer support. Go kart was returned. I lost $149 in shipping and about 4 hours of time for construction and return to store. But I do recommend Ray at the North Versailles PA Tractor Supply store. He and his staff are very helpful and friendly. +5 stars. There was approximately a 1/4- 1/2 cup of pepper sized metal balls, which appeared to be from the welding or sandblasting manufacturing process left behind in different parts of packaging. Looking back, this was the first indicator of bad manufacturing and or assembly process which created this lemon. The QR codes on the supplied material I used for assembly and operation are reversed. Assembly instructions are incomplete. My go kart arrived without the front wheels unattached/ assembled and there are no assembly instructions for the front end in the provided video or instructions Welds did not penetrated. I wasn’t looking for the welder to lay dimes but welds need improvement and three icicles/slag left behind on components had to filed down prevent injury. The holes on the roll cage were unsatisfactory. And causing screws to be stripped. I wire brushed all holes and test fit screws. I had to tap two holes and re-thread two screws. Roll cage brackets did not lineup. no matter how many screws I loosened to get the pieces to lineup. I had to remove and bend the brackets into proper shape in my vice in order to be able to secure the roll cage. Prefabricated Holes on the roll cage were not completed. I had to drill and file holes in the roll cage to complete the build. The greenworks connect app is inoperable. (It has a 1 star review in App Store ). App It will not pair sync, add product or scan QR serial code. Go kart is stuck in Eco mode. The parking brake function cannot be activated. It is more than a half inch closer to an inch out of alignment. The brake pedal and parking brake feature would have to be completely removed and adjusted in order for the parking brake to actuate. The go kart is stuck in neutral. There is no way for a child stuck in a precarious position to park the vehicle and get out. This is a big safety issue, and unacceptable. Battery range and time are inaccurate and falsely advertised. My Go kart was delivered with quantity 2 60V 8AH batteries. My nine-year-old daughter drives slow and is scared to drive fast. Batteries with full charge In eco mode Run time was approximately 4 miles doing small circles on flat grass and approximately 20 minutes. Recharge time is in excess of two hours. Go kart is advertised as Max 20 mile runtime on website and packaging material. With 90 minute recharge. I didn’t expect to get all that, but not even half and closer to a third is what I’m getting. This is falsely advertised and unacceptable. 1 phone call and 1 email to Greenworks customer support were not answered. Go kart was returned. I may have a more critical eye because I am a crew chief on a KC-135 ( military aircraft mechanic) and some of these things may be minor but the totality of having this many issues with a new unit that cost this much money so soon raises serious concerns about the safety and future of this go kart.
