The G0864 Variable Speed Combination Benchtop Sander offers a 1"" wide by 30"" long sanding belt and a 6"" disc within a very small footprint. A full range of replacement belts are available. Replacement PSA sanding discs are available in a variety of grits.

The miter gauge can be used on the 0-45° tilting disc sander table for precise compound angle sanding.

The belt sanding table also tilts 0-45° and can accommodate supported work with the platen or freehand contour sanding or sharpening for added versatility.

Keep your workspace clean by utilizing the built-in 1-1/2"" and 1-3/4""dust ports for either operation.

The G0864 manual was written by our U.S.-based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your sander.

I bought this grinder for my son for his 35th birthday who is even more finicky and precise than I am. He has been building golf clubs, and its doing everything he needs to do with ease. He loves it!!

A Well-Made, Compact Hobbyist Tool - Go Grizzly!!!

Overall, I think the unit is a very useful tool that woodworkers should have in their shop. The table for the disc sander is adequate, yet the table for the belt sander could be larger with a miter slot to share the miter gauge with the disc sander.. The unit is certainly appropriate for hobby work, yet a more positive design (discreet, incremental locations) would be more secure for the angle adjustment to prevent "creeping" from vibration. A combined chip exhaust port, routed behind the motor to a common discharge for a shop vacuum, rather than the dual individual ports, would be a significant improvement; having two exhaust ports is inconvenient. The construction is good quality, as is the GO555LX 14" Bandsaw I have in my shop. Grizzly is a quality woodworker's tool
