This stuff grew on whatever soil I put it on. It also came up very fast. I decided to plant my entire lawn with it after I saw how well it did in other areas of my property.

This grass seed is junk. It came in nicely at first, but now it's thinning out and turning brown in places after 6 weeks even with good topsoil and ample water. I will need to reseed the area again with another grass seed.

Lush GREEN Grass‼️

So I live in Florida on the Treasure Coast and I seeded my whole front lawn and to my surprise I had grass in one week. It's germinating quite well and after 2 weeks it's already about 4 to 5 in and still filling in. I was skeptical because obviously living in Florida it is sand based so I mixed a little bit of topsoil in and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's a lush green grass, so I would definitely recommend.
