Product germinated quickly, and appears to be quite resilient. Have two dogs and it has not "browned out" yet.
Planted in Central Pa; current mini heat wave, no adverse effects so far. Keeping fingers crossed.

We started with fresh topsoil, used a seed spreader on the exact setting the back of the bag said. The seed was covered with 1/8 inch of top soil after that, despite frequent watering ensuring it remains moist in the hot days it has barely grown. The majority of the topsoil is still bare, some spots have grown a few strands but id definitely recommend a more reliable seed like scotts

It has grown really well where our dogs have torn our grass up and it seemed to never grow back, no matter what we did. Nice and green in color. We will be back in fall to do again.
