Broke With First Use

Would not buy this shovel again. It broke the first 2 minutes of use. Obviously bad wood. The really disappointing this is that when I took it back to get a replacement, I was told it had been more than 30 and they could not replace it. I acknowledge it had been a while since I bought it, but the stickers on it weren't even dirty. In fact the manager scanned ti sticker to look for it under my phone number.I wasn't asking for my money back. I was asking for another shovel to replace the obviously defective one. Tractor supply is usually my "go to" in this area, but maybe I should rethink that decision. This isn't the way I expect Tractor supply to do business. There are others who said the handle broke on first use. Sell inferior tools for full retail and then refuse to stand behind. VERY disappointing!!! I would have been better off to drive a little farther and go to harbor freight. At least they stand behind their Chinese tool.
