The tires were packaged it plastic wrap and wound tight enough to smash the tires enough that one of them would not touch the bead to be able to take air, had to use a bead blaster which took 5 tries and finally inflated. You may need to put blocks in them and let them sit in the sun for a day or 2 to reform the sidewall so it can reach the beads easier.
