Understated, muted colors and perfect for a rustic farmhouse vibe

To give you some background… In a tragic natural disaster, my family and I lost “everything” inside of our home! It was at this very same time that the Pandemic hit the entire world.  It has taken us years to fully refurnish our entire home once again. Thank God though, in 2021, we were finally in a position to purchase a Super King Comforter Set for our bedroom. So, after much research, I decided on HiEnd and placed my first order.  Due to more extenuating circumstances though, having to unexpectedly move, etc. We had to store our brand new un-opened comforter set in protective covering in a climate controlled area.  Recently, on 3/30/24 though, finally,  I excitedly opened my beautiful comforter set for the very first time and The Carmen Set was absolutely gorgeous!  I am a person that likes to wash bed linens before use. So, I immediately looked for the laundering care instructions. The attached white label says to: “Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle and Tumble Dry on Low.” I followed those washing instructions precisely! Placing the comforter set into my brand new extra large capacity washer and dryer.  As I took the comforter out of the washer,  I was devastated to see that the comforter was completely ruined : ( ! The inside filling is badly clumped now and also a piece of the fabric was badly torn and ripped opened.  I never even got a chance to use it! I immediately contacted HiEnd’s Customer Service and was kindly told: That the comforter is to be Dry Cleaned Only as stated on their website.  I sent them the picture proof of the comforters attached washing care instructions tag that I strictly adhered to. Customer service, still said that; they sympathized and understands but there’s nothing that they could do. The washing instructions are online. I asked that the situation please be escalated to the highest customer service level for a reasonable resolution.  HiEnd’s CSR has just followed back up with me stating: “ We understand the frustration this situation has caused you. We have carefully considered your request and can offer you a $60 gift card as compensation for a future purchase. This is the best that we can do”. Huh?! I appreciate the attempt to be good-willed, etc. However, how does this properly address my complete product loss?  When, following your company’s wrong written & printed instruction, led to my brand new comforter sets complete detriment.  Not a reasonable resolution for me! The comforter set, was a very expensive purchase for me  $$$ and it was brand new right out of the bag… So,  *Why am I the customer, now being left with damaged goods, as a direct result of following the company’s “wrong instruction” from the attached comforter’s washing & care instructions? *How is a customer to know that the attached care label they see in person “is wrong”and differs from what is correctly found on the company’s website? I feel so disappointed and hit by yet another blow!  I never even got the chance to use the comforter set and now it’s trash. All of our hard work, sweat, tears and money savings to make this purchase…all completely washed down the drain! Wow.  Any reputable and high end quality company would reasonably stand by and be accountable for wrongfully providing the customer with misinformation.  After, experiencing this terrible and unreasonable damage control & resolution from HiEnd CSR,  my being left with complete product and financial loss… ”when the complete fault lies with The HiEnd Company for providing misinformation.” Myself, my dear friends and family will choose to not do any further business with HiEnd. Shame on you all! I hope that this info saves and helps someone else! As for me, I know that God, will once again, re-supply me for my losses!   Take care,  Stephanie, of Florida.
