So when I first bought this my horse absolutely died for it! He was so happy! I've also tested it out on other horses too and they love it too! The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because, the clip to hold the apple/treat together rusted after one day. This was disappointing because it has been very difficult to open. One time I even had to use a hammar to bang the clip open. So I'd recommend getting a clip that will not rust/shut in the cold. This will make your life much easier! The holder is very durable and is basically unbreakable and well designed.

Just bought and already finding it impossible to get the treat out of the hard plastic coating. Followed instructions to turn upside down on palm and tap on bottom. What a joke! Should be easier to get out.
