Please note that this mode is meant to complement your primary heat source and should not be relied upon as the sole heat source. It is important to have a special 230-volt/25-amp electrical outlet for optimal operation, as this unit does not function with standard 115V household outlets. Our window air conditioner is equipped with money-saving features such as an energy saver mode, sleep mode, and a programmable 24-hour timer. With the convenience of our Follow Me LCD remote control, everyone can easily adjust settings and enjoy the blissful comfort provided by our unit. Beast of a unit

This product is extremely heavy and is a 2 person lift. The unit itself looks very nice. Ours came with a dent in the bottom corner which is unfortunate, but didn't stop the unit from working. The remote control is a nice feature of this unit. We installed this in our basement which is around 700 sqft and it was able to heat and cool comfortably. Keep in mind this needs an outlet that will handle a 230v plug. Overall this is is a high quality product and would recommend to anyone looking to heat/cool a high square footage area.

This AC unit was such a gift to us trying to cool a small upstairs room in the summertime! Note: the plug doesn’t fit a standard outlet so you do need to make sure you have the correct outlet for this machine to function

Heat and air all in one

I have sent in a ticket for this because I haven't had anyone available to install it. I didn't notice how hard it would be getting this window off to put it on and I need help and so I'm trying to get someone over to help but haven't been able to yet. I know these work well because I had one similar to this back years ago.

The keystone window air conditioner was a little difficult to install definitely a two man job to get installed and placed correctly. However the air it blows is definitely sufficient and cools down extremely.
