Good product, don’t like having to receive it from shipping, much prefer getting it at the store. Price increased @20% recently. It’s still a good product for a reasonable price but like most horse owners, every penny counts.

Good feed - Terrible Shipping - Done Deal

The feed is good. The shipping is horrible. Shipping was SLOW. The freight company left 240 lbs at the end of my long driveway (900 ft from my house) on the ground. Im disabled & I had spoken with a representative from the company that I needed it placed on truck tailgate up my drive. She assured me it would be delivered correctly per my order directions. I had to get a neighbor with a tractor to lift the pallet (which broke) & brought up to my truck. I canceled my subscription.......dont need the hassle.

Good hay pellets, horrible shipping

The hay pellets are wonderful, but the shipping company would not deliver with out someone signing for them. However, I wasn't alerted and it took over 3 weeks after the delivery date to finally have them dropped off. Will have it shipped directly to the store from now on.
