Only received a $30 gift card to replace $75+

I used $75 worth of gift cards as a partial payment to purchase a chain saw on February 13, 2026. When we opened the box, the first warning that we read was that it could not be used by heart pacemaker users, which my husband was. We returned it to the store.
Our credit card payment was refunded, and we were assured the points would be returned to my account. They never were.
After (literally) two hours on the phone with various customer service reps, I was offered a $30 gift card.
I am still pretty furious about this incident.
