I bought this hoop over a year ago. However, my wife was pregnant with twins and very shortly after that went through some pregnancy related complications. Then our twins were in and out of the hospital for quite a while. When things finally calmed down and I was able to get to the basketball hoop, I got to the part where you install the hydraulic arm and it and all of the hardware on it's installation page was missing. So it is no sitting in my garage upside down waiting for the extra parts to finish it. i called the customer service line a bout a month ago and let them know the situation. The lady let me know she was going to send me all of the hardware for the hoop and the hydraulic arm which should take care of me. When I got it, it appeared to be the right arm but not almost all of the hardware appeared to not even be for this hoop. I then called yesterday and told them the situation. The gentleman took the time to walk through every part I was missing and made sure to write down each part I needed and how many. He then read it back to me and put me on hold while he made sure they had each one in stock. He then said they would be sending me the replacement parts and I would have them within 4 business days, at no cost. The whole point to this story is that I am very happy with the customer service so far, especially since they could have said it has been too long since my original purchase and not helped at all. the first set of replacement parts and not being the right ones could have been a simple mistake since I was asking for so many. I will try and remember to come back and update this review if/when I get the parts and they are the right ones. The hoop is amazing quality, I just can't wait to play on it!
