Our Family LOVE's the Massimo, but there is a lot of things we do not. The bolts on the door were loose when we received the UTV. Yes, there is a warranty but who wants to load the UTV up take it to the nearest dealer to honor the warranty. For us, that's in Southern Pines, so my husband purchased new bolts and nuts for the doors. Also, if we are going to pay $499 plus tax we should be allowed to have the UTV delivered to our home. -KMc
