do your reseach on the cost of the accessories

Gate opener works. Be prepared to get nickel and dime on the other stuff you will have to buy.
Battery required to operate, however let’s not include a battery box to go behind the control box. Why not include the box with the kit? This box cost $100. I luckily found a cheaper one to place on the post, it takes up a little bit more room though.
Another issue is the control box only has 2 penetrating sealing nuts installed. With all the accessories you may want to buy you will need more than 2. Why not just have them installed at the factory so you do not have to drill them? Now I am looking for sealing nuts that will fit the box. Also, when the drill finally went through, I almost took out the control box circuit board.
Another item that could have been in the box was having a pin lock for the arm? Yet another expense.
Needless to say, it may have been the cheapest, but now I know why.
When this thing breaks, hopefully at least 10 years from now, I do not know if I would buy another one
No, I do not recommend this product.

5 months old and the circuit board is bad. Getting Mighty Mule to replace it has been quite lengthy and not an easy process at all.
We have ran Mighty Mule for years and the last two systems we've purchased have been nothing but issues.
