Grow bigger, more beautiful plants* with Miracle-Gro Garden Soil All Purpose. This soil for in-ground use feeds plants for up to 3 months and improves existing soil to build strong roots. Use with your outdoor in-ground plants, including flowers, annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs. To apply, spread 2-3 inches of soil in your garden bed or other in-ground area. Mix into the top 6-8 inches of native soil. Dig a hole and plant your new plants. When planting individual plants, dig hole 2x as wide as the container or root ball, and blend a 50:50 mix of garden soil and native soil. To amend garden beds, apply a 3-inch layer of garden soil and work into the top 6 inches of soil. Three 1.5 cu. ft. bags of Miracle-Gro Garden Soil All Purpose cover 24 sq. ft. of garden at 2-in. depth of soil applied, or four bags for a 3-in. depth of soil applied. *Vs. unfed plants

  • Feeds plants: Miracle-Gro Garden Soil All Purpose feeds in-ground plants, including flowers, annuals, perennials, vegetables, trees, and shrubs either in-ground, garden bed or raised bed for up to 3 months
  • Builds strong roots: This gardening soil grows bigger, more beautiful plants (vs unfed plants) and improves existing soil to build strong roots
  • Apply to in-ground plants: Spread 2-3 inches of garden soil, mix into the top 6-8 inches of soil and apply mulch if desired
  • Amend garden beds: To amend a garden bed, apply a 3 inch layer of the product and work into the top 6 inches of existing soil; to fill a raised bed, mix equal parts product and topsoil or native soil
  • Coverage: Three to four 1.5 cu. ft. bags of Miracle-Gro Garden Soil All Purpose cover approximately 24 sq. ft. (varies by depth of soil layer and project)

The best potting soil ever.

This is the best potting soil ever. I use it to germinate seeds for my garden. I also use it for my house plants. It is quality soil with the perfect amounts of fertilizer for the season.

I bought this product and was so excited to finally be able to have some great soil to use for my garden. I was shocked to find so much junk (glass, metal, plastic and unknown) mixed in. It was really nerve wracking to have to watch out that what I was holding wasn’t going to hurt me as some pieces were sharp. Thanks for taking the relaxation out of gardening!
