Whether you need to keep liquids from freezing in your work space or your pipes from freezing under your house, this thermostatically controlled 12200 BTU space heater will do the trick. The forced air space heater has high and low heat settings and an optional fan only setting. I used a propane heater to bring my Garage up to 50°F. Then I turned this on to see if it would maintain the temp. This is a small garage is under 400 sq ft. The temp dropped to 40°F within 1 hour. It was 30°F outside, so I know it would drop faster if it was colder outside. Also, huge power hog. Drawing 13 to 15 amps will it was running on 240V...

Really good heater. FOr small enclosed spaces. Could use a bigger fan and is very quite. It can barely be heard it is small and lite. Ordered online was shipped out and i received it at the time provided.

It does its job as it should. The heating element is a massive thing, not merely a coiled length of nichrome wire. I am surprised that the fan seems to never turn off.
