The National Plant Network 2.5 qt. Watchet Azalea Plant bears an abundance of frilly, trumpet-shaped blossoms in the spring and fall, electrifying the landscape with a pop of pink color. Growing as a compact, dwarf shrub, the azalea plant fits perfectly into borders, low hedges, foundation plantings and patio containers. The pink azalea flower performs best in partial shade and well-drained, acidic soil, attracts pollinators and thrives in the landscape for years. Azaleas are best suited for USDA hardiness zones 6-8, but will perform well in colder zones with proper winter protection. The set includes (1) Azalea 'Watchet' in a 2.5 qt. pot.
